  • Room Cancellation: We understand that events happen that prevent you from coming or canceling outside of our cancellation policy.  We highly recommend adding the insurance options for all our visitors.  All booking platforms associated with Expedia Group recommend using travel insurance as well.  Expedia.com does not allow you to continue with the booking without accepting or waiving insurance. In addition, guests who choose to book directly with the property will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee if canceled greater than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Travelers who cancel within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the stay plus applicable taxes. 
  • The non-refundable rate is 100% non-refundable.
  • Generally, refunds processed within 30 days.

Guest Rooms: No more than two visitors per room. All events or parties must be organized by The George Manor.

Additional Guests: Any additional overnight guest 17 and older will incur a fee of $125 per additional adult. 

No smoking: There is a designated smoking area on property. No smoking in any of the rooms is allowed. A $300 fine will be assessed for any violation. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, candles and/or incense.

Beverages: Only beverages purchased from The George Manor may be consumed in the bar or in common areas.

Pets: Guests may bring pets, but must request at time of booking.  The maximum weight accepted is 20 lbs.  There is a nightly charge of $25 pet fee. Service animals are welcome, and are exempt from fees, but must meet weight restriction.
